Kaleiçi photoshoot — Antalya Old Town
Kaleiçi is the heart of Antalya and one of the liveliest places for a city photoshoot. Narrow lanes, Ottoman houses, bougainvillea on the walls and the old harbour below.
We walk through the lanes, step into cafés and cosy courtyards, and shoot as we move — the result feels warm and lived-in, not like posed photos against a wall.

about the location
What to know about Kaleiçi
A lively historic centre
This is Antalya’s historic centre: stone lanes, fortress gates, old hotels and cafés. The location works well for family and individual shoots and for a calm business portrait — the background has character without taking over.
Best time in summer
In summer I recommend shooting early in the morning, roughly from 7:00 to 10:00, or after 17:00. In the morning the lanes are almost empty; in the evening it is less hot and the light becomes softer.
Pairing with the harbour
Kaleiçi can easily be combined with a walk down to the harbour (Marina). If you want more frames and background variety, allow 1.5–2 hours — we can cover the Old Town and the descent to the water calmly.
Shoes and route
Comfortable shoes are best — the streets are stone and sometimes sloped. I’ll advise the rest during preparation: what to wear, where we meet and which route suits your format.

Narrow lanes and the old harbour create an intimate romantic story for two.

If you want images that feel like “how we lived on holiday”, an Old Town walk gives exactly that.
