What makes it unique — 100 metres from the beach stand Roman columns and the remains of the Temple of Apollo. You can shoot both a beach story and an ancient one in a single session, without travelling.

What to know about a photoshoot on the sandy beach in Side
A long sandy shore
The Side shoreline is a long strip of soft sand with an even, gentle slope into the sea. The water is calm, especially in the shoulder seasons. It's a classic Turkish resort beach: wide, open, no pebble stretches.
Temple of Apollo on the shore
Side's main draw is that the old town with the Temple of Apollo stands right on the shore — ancient columns against the Mediterranean. Through the narrow streets you can walk from the temple to the beach in 5–10 minutes.
Two scenes in one shoot
In a single shoot we cover both the old town with its columns and the beach — they are 5–10 minutes apart on foot, with no separate trip needed. I shoot in the soft evening light: we walk from the temple down to the shore and finish by the water at sunset.

Best time — sunset
The Temple of Apollo columns against an evening sea — a signature frame. Start 1.5 hours before sunset for the best window.
Drive from Antalya and pricing
Side is 1.5–2 hours by car from Antalya, each way. With travel time both ways plus the shoot itself, it adds up to a long day. Because of this, the price is higher than for a session in Antalya. All terms are discussed up front, no surprises on the day.
What to wear
Long dresses and natural fabrics work well on the sand and against the ancient columns alike.
