What to know about a family shoot
A location for the format
We choose locations in Antalya to suit the family: the beach for movement and the sea, Kaleiçi Old Town for warm atmosphere and texture, gardens, waterfalls and parks for greenery and water. The exact spot depends on the children’s age, the season and the weather.
Children of any age
I work with children of any age — from newborns to teenagers. With little ones I never rush: children get tired and fussy, and that’s normal — we take breaks and return once the mood is back.
Grandparents in the frame
Multi-generation frames with grandparents are one of my favourite formats: they turn out warm and very personal — the kind of photos that end up framed on the wall. If the grandparents are visiting, it’s worth planning a shoot together while everyone is in one place.
Outfits and preparation
We discuss outfits and preparation in advance: I’ll suggest how to dress in a shared palette so the frame isn’t too busy, and what to bring for the kids — water, a snack, a favourite toy.
